Welcome to the new Countrywide InSeason Rewards Program
We want to thank you for your loyalty by rewarding you with 1 point for every $1 spent on purchases of Inseason rewards on participating products. T’s and C’s apply.
Please see below all relevant information for you to learn about our new rewards program.
You will have access to the new digital rewards catalogue featuring participating InSeason Rewards products. This digital platform allows a better user experience and easy product navigation. It makes it effortless for you to find what you’re looking for and filter rewards products to see exactly what you can order to earn points.
INSEASON FOOD COMMUNITY
In addition to the digital catalogue a digital food community has been developed to support you. This community houses information, recipes, new products, blogs and supplier advertising.
You must be an active customer of Atmos Foods and registered in the program to earn points.
If you register before 30th June 2021 you will have access to all points earned for purchases from 1st February 2021.
If you register after this date you will only have access to points earned for the months purchases that you registered in. e.g. If you registered on 10th July, you will only have access to points earned from purchases during the month of July. You will not earn points for purchases prior to July.
You will need to register via www.whatsinseason.com.au
Click on ‘Register Now’ and provide your email address, select “Atmos Foods” as your distributor and enter your customer account code which can be found on your invoice. Once this is completed, you will be registered for all future programs, you will never have to register again!
Atmos Foods are unable to register on your behalf. During the registration process you will create a password which you can use to access the program, manage your profile and carry out points redemption.
Once registered, you will receive an email requesting you click the link to verify your email address and activate your InSeason account
You can add additional accounts to the one login. Under ‘My Accounts’, you can view and edit your connected accounts and can add users to your account.
Communications will play a vital role in the InSeason Rewards Program. You will be sent regular communication on products, promotions and bonus opportunities.
A new points calculation has been developed to make it easy and simple to calculate points. $1 spent will earn 1 rewards points.
A monthly statement will be sent to you advising points balance.
You will be able to earn bonus rewards points by buying participating products or supporting various promotions and activities. This will enable you to accrue more points for the same spend.
There is no minimum points threshold unlike the previous program where you had to accrue in lots of 10.000-12.000 points.
Points Redemption Period
Redemptions will be open from July 1st 2021 and remain open. Redemptions will not close.
Points will expire 12 months after the month in which they are allocated. Notification of points due for expiry will be sent at 2 and then 1 month prior to expiration.
Reward Types & Value
Rewards on offer will be across four categories:
- Gift Cards (Eftpos & retail cards)
- Countrywide Distributor Credits
- Charity Rewards
- Countrywide Business Rewards
Different reward categories will cost different amounts of points.
There will be rewards of all different values allowing you to redeem larger rewards but also ”mop up” smaller points values. Please speak to your Atmos Sales Rep for more information.
You will need to redeem online. Atmos Foods are unable to redeem on your behalf.
Rewards will be delivered direct to you (digitally where possible) within 72 hours from redemption.
